Si j’avais su qu’il était destiné aux personnes ayant des cheveux fins, j’aurais choisi autre chose ou je me serais abstenue, mais j’ai utilisé le shampooing et j’ai examiné ce qui s’appliquait à moi.
Destiné à donner du volume à vos cheveux, je dois avouer que je n’ai pas vraiment besoin de ce shampooing.
Je ne peux pas parler de ses effets sur le volume, mais il nettoie bien les cheveux, et l’utiliser avec mon après-shampoing habituel aide à maintenir l’hydratation dont mes cheveux ont besoin.
Le parfum de ce shampooing n’est pas très fort et ressemble à celui d’un bonbon. Personnellement, je trouve que ce n’est pas un trop mauvais parfum, mais d’autres pourraient ne pas l’apprécier.

It has been well over six years since I’ve been to a hair salon but as soon as I used these products I was reminded of sitting in that chair while someone else ran their hands through my hair, massaging my scalp and taking good care of my tresses.
That’s not to say that washing my hair on my own can replace going to a hair stylist and I do plan on visiting a salon once I find a good curl specialist but that’s not so easy to find where I live. I want a dry cut since I never wear my hair straight and live for wash and go. I absolutely refuse to have my hair straightened and then cut because I don’t want my hair straightened. I really don’t care how professional and good a stylist is, if they can’t cut curly hair in its natural state they can’t be that good, can they?

I digress, the Expert Nutri-Frizz shampoo does contain Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which I know a lot of people lose their minds over but I don’t mind it and tend to look for shampoos that do contain it.
On Inci Beauty, this shampoo has a very poor rating of 0/20 which I think is pretty harsh but Inci isn’t known for giving good grades to good products. I find the “natural” products they give really good grades to are usually the ones that end up messing up my hair or do absolutely nothing at all.
For me personally the shampoo works really well, it lathers and cleanses the hair without stripping it while leaving my strands moisturized.

The Expert Nutri-Frizz mask was surprising, I was not expecting to like it that much, just like the shampoo the mask has that salon-quality scent, it is not very thick nor is it light, I’d say it’s of medium consistency which my hair seems to like. It provided enough slip that I was able to detangle my hair with ease, once I washed it out my hair was not left feeling parched at all, it was still highly moisturized and ready to be set with my mousse and gel. The mask scored a little better on Inci but only a teeny tiny bit, it got a 5.1/20.

Jusqu’à il y a quelques semaines, lorsque j’ai vu que Sampleo proposait une campagne Creme of Nature.
C’était un signe de l’univers pour appliquer, non ?
Alors, j’ai postulé et j’ai espéré que tout irait bien. Comme je ne suis pas toujours sélectionnée, je ne voulais pas me stresser en y pensant, mais je me suis vraiment stressée !

Alors imaginez ma surprise lorsque j’ai ouvert mon paquet et qu’il n’y avait pas d’après-shampooing dedans, seulement un spray sans rinçage, mais c’est normal puisque j’ai acheté l’après-shampooing chez Nocibé.
Les produits sont arrivés juste à temps et j’ai pu immédiatement me laver les cheveux et essayer les produits. Je dois ajouter que dans mon enthousiasme pour cette campagne, j’ai acheté deux produits Creme of Nature, le Snot et le Curl Activator. J’ai essayé tous les produits en même temps.
Maintenant que j’avais une routine capillaire complète, il était temps d’essayer mes nouveaux produits et de voir ce qu’ils font pour mes cheveux !
Comme toujours, je fais d’abord un shampoing pour mes cheveux – Shampooing Sans Sulfate – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
J’adore ce shampoing, il n’est pas du tout décapant pour les cheveux, il mousse merveilleusement et donne de la souplesse aux cheveux et ne laisse pas du tout mes cheveux gras ou cireux. C’est un bon shampooing pour tous les jours, mais je suggère de le clarifier au moins une fois par mois.

L’étape suivante de mon rituel de lavage est toujours l’après-shampooing – Soin Fortifiant Sans Rincage – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
Je n’avais pas l’après-shampooing avec rinçage pour mon premier test, j’ai donc dû utiliser celui sans rinçage.
Je ne suis pas du tout fan de ce produit. Le parfum de ce produit est vraiment terrible, j’ai secoué le flacon comme indiqué mais il sent comme s’il était très vieux, comme quelque chose que vous avez oublié pendant un an et que vous essayez d’utiliser mais qui s’est gâté. Il n’a rien fait non plus pour mes cheveux, il ne les a pas hydratés et ne leur a pas donné de glissement. J’ai peut-être reçu un mauvais flacon, mais je ne le recommanderais à personne.
C’est en fait la première fois que je donne 0 étoile à quelque chose.

Après-shampooing avec rinçage – Après-shampooing Sans Sulfate – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
Il est un peu épais et n’offre pas vraiment le glissement que je recherchais, mais il a vraiment bien hydraté mes cheveux. Depuis que j’utilise le shampooing et l’après-shampooing ensemble, mes cheveux se comportent vraiment bien et je suis honnêtement impressionnée par la douceur qu’ils ont acquise. Je recommande vivement d’utiliser le shampooing Creme of Nature avant d’utiliser cet après-shampooing.

Soin Perfect 7 – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
Je dois dire que je déteste le flacon avec le spray, il est très difficile de vaporiser le produit car c’est un format épais au lieu d’être léger. Pour combattre ce problème, je le vaporise dans mes mains et le mets ensuite dans mes cheveux. Il est hydratant et hydrate très bien mes cheveux, je suggère de l’utiliser lorsque vos cheveux sont mouillés et non humides.

Mousse Styling – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
C’est une mousse satisfaisante, lorsque je l’utilise seule, mes boucles ne sont pas très définies, mais si j’utilise un gel après, je peux obtenir des boucles qui restent pendant cinq jours ou plus. Elle est légère et non grasse, l’odeur est un peu lourde.

Crème activatrice de boucles – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
Je suis une fan de ce produit ! Il est parfait pour les lavages et allers-retours si vous aimez les boucles plus douces. Il est très facile à appliquer et laisse une couche blanche mais sèche sans aucun résidu. Une petite quantité suffit, alors assurez-vous de diviser vos cheveux en sections et d’appliquer ensuite le produit, car si vous en utilisez trop, vous vous retrouverez avec un mélange gras et collant.

Gel Argan pour cheveux naturels – Huile d’Argan du Maroc
Je voulais la tenue flexible mais j’ai eu la tenue maximale à la place et je peux dire sans me tromper que je ne l’aime pas pour le lavage et le rangement. Je l’utiliserais plutôt pour des boucles lisses ou vous risquez d’avoir un plâtre très dur sur vos boucles. Je pense qu’au fil des jours, le plâtre va se détendre mais je préfère des boucles plus douces.

I don’t know if you guys have noticed yet but I love a good hair product, I will buy all the hair things if I could, I frequently get Shampoo, Conditioner, Masque, Leave-in, Gel, Curl Activators, and Hair oils but there are so many more products that I haven’t bought yet!
December was definitely my month for trying out new products, some from my favorite brands and others that I’ve never used before, I’ll tell you all about my likes and dislikes below.
Herbal Essences Pure
Since the lockdown began I haven’t been out to shop for Hair products on my own so I was looking on Amazon and I usually like to buy a whole set so I can get the full effect. I was going to buy some Garnier Ultra Doux because those are always my first choice but I saw a bundle for Herbal Essences Pure Aloe Vera & Avocado Oil on sale for 9,87€ it was available for 13,58€.
The bundle included three products:
Shampoo
The Shampoo claims that it gently cleans and soothes your hair and scalp.
Conditioner
The conditioner is supposed to be nourishing and gently moisturizes your hair and scalp.
Masque
The masque claims to nourish and soften your hair while moisturizing your scalp.
To complete my order I also picked up Herbal Essences Pure Argan & Aloe Oil on sale for 4,51€ I thought it was Aloe and Avocado but I’m fine with it, the price was 4,80€ at the time of this post.
Smoothing formula that protects hair from breakage.
Final Verdict
I find the Shampoo to be very gel-like instead of creamy like my usual Shampoos, it does not take a lot to lather which means I’ll probably have this bottle for a while, the scent isn’t strong, it’s what I imagine a Bio Shampoo to smell like, a bit earthy like freshly cut grass, it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave it feeling greasy which is the most important in my opinion. I’d say that while it’s not my absolute favorite I’d consider using it again if I can’t find any of the usual go tos.
The conditioner isn’t anything special, to be honest, it hydrates my hair well enough and doesn’t leave it feeling dry after washing it out. I can’t say I’d reach for it even if I was desperate.
The masque is a bit thick and doesn’t seem to coat my hair well so I end up using it even more to make sure every strand is saturated. I feel like it doesn’t nourish the hair well when you leave it on for more than 5 minutes.
The oil is fairly light and I light to spray some on the next day when I’m refreshing my hair. I would pick this up again.
On a whole, these products get a 4/5.
Garnier Fructis Hair Food
My husband is the one that picked this up for me, I was out of a leave-in conditioner and I asked him if he could pick some up for me while he was out shopping. He came home with this and I was like…this is a masque, I wanted a leave-in. This masque is actually Multi-Purpose, it can be used as a masque, a detangler, or as a leave-in. I’ve only used it as a leave-in since I do all my detangling with my conditioner.
As a leave-in this masque is really good, it is thick but I feel like it absorbs better than the Herbal Essences, it leaves my hair feeling soft and light, I will definitely be picking this up again.
I give this masque a 5/5.
Kérastase
I’d never tried this brand before but heard of them so when I was offered the chance to get free samples I jumped on it and I am glad I did!

I’m not going to lie but I wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to try out such small packets but they were all I really needed.
The Shampoo lathered extremely well and my hair felt quite literally like satin after rinsing it out. I was impressed. I didn’t even condition my hair afterward just moved on to the masque and the glide I got, it was like magic. Just 5 products and my hair were soft, hydrated, and light! I know what you’re thinking, 5 products is a lot, not for me though lol, I use a pre-poo, shampoo, masque, conditioner, leave-in, and oil. A total of 6 products every wash day. So using just 5 is amazing to me. Who knows maybe I will find a good 2 in one that will eliminate the need for a Shampoo and Conditioner one day. But for now, I give Bain Satin 2 and Masquintense a 5/5.
Well, these are all the Hair Products that I used in December, truth be told I’m looking forward to discovering new faves in 2021.
